Ok, who really doesn’t have 1 week, just 7 days?
I’m excited because my teammates and I are going to be kicking off (drumroll please…) “Clean Week”! Ok, so what the heck is clean week you might be asking yourself…
Our “Clean Week” Challenge Group is a great way to make simple healthy lifestyle changes. In just 7 days. I know what you’re thinking, there’s no way to improve anything in a week.
Well, you’re wrong there friend, this is a great way to start a health and fitness journey! Through this week our challengers will get a taste of what it’s like to exercise daily with easy to follow exercises, eat simple healthy meals (that are already planned out), have 7 days worth of what I feel is the healthiest nutrient-dense packed meal of the day (superfood shake), and THE BEST accountability group of like-minded peeps. As well as myself and my fellow awesome fitness coaches motivating and mentoring every step of the way!
Our challengers basically get a sneak peek into our lives with less commitment. I’m super pumped because I get to run this challenge group with some kickass fitness coaches that are part of my team! There’s nothing better than having a fit fam of like-minded women who get you.
